Specialist Confiscation Order Asset Realisation

Asset realisation for confiscation orders.

Servitas Asset Group helps defendants and their legal teams value, secure and realise assets to generate the funds required to satisfy confiscation orders.

01

Value

Independent valuations establish current market value.

02

Secure

Assets are collected, documented and stored securely where required.

03

Realise

Competing offers are obtained and disposal is coordinated.

04

Settle

Proceeds are reconciled against the confiscation order, with a full evidence record for the legal team.

Voluntary Realisation

Retain control of the realisation process.

A confiscation order does not have to begin with formal enforcement. Where a defendant is able and willing to satisfy the order voluntarily, Servitas provides the practical infrastructure to value, secure and realise assets against the available payment timetable.

By putting a structured realisation plan in place early, the defendant and their legal team retain greater control over how value is raised — including which assets are sold, whether property equity or specialist finance can be used, and how the required funds are assembled.

Retain control. Manage the timescale. Progress voluntary settlement.

Successful voluntary satisfaction can reduce the risk that formal enforcement measures, including the appointment of an enforcement receiver, become necessary. Any restraint order, enforcement decision or receiver appointment remains a matter for the court and prosecuting authority.

Evidence, not assumption

A fully evidenced realisation process.

Servitas is not simply an auctioneer or broker. Each material disposal is independently benchmarked, tested against executable offers and documented from instruction through to net proceeds.

POCA attributed value£80,000
Independent valuations£71,000 / £69,500 / £72,000
Executable offers£63,000 / £66,000 / £68,000
Accepted realisation£68,000

The accepted sale rationale, handling, storage, Servitas fees, genuine third-party costs and net proceeds are fully reconciled.

Section 23 Evidence

Fully documented realisation reports for section 23 applications.

Where completed realisations demonstrate that the recalculated available amount may be insufficient to satisfy the outstanding confiscation order, Servitas prepares a complete realisation report for the defendant's solicitors and counsel.

The report is designed to evidence what each material asset was attributed at, what the current market supported, what buyers were prepared to pay, the costs of realisation and the net amount actually produced.
